Warranty, Labor: Best unconditional 1 year warranty in the world! Marticom covers your device for replacement for any reason with the exception of loss or theft. This warranty applies only to authentic Matricom devices. “Clones” or any other generic device that resembles the G-Box Q will not be warrantied.

Our Shipping Method is Priority Mail USPS. Tracking Number will be provided and displayed on Ebay order details.
Our commitment is that any item with PayPal payment received and cleared by 10 am EST on Saturdays will be shipped the same day. Any item with payment received on weekends, holidays, or after 10 am EST will ship the following business day. Once we ship your item out we have not liability for USPS delays on delivery time.
If you live in an apartment or in a bad neighborhood in which your package may result stolen or lost, please leave a note about a Signature Confirmation before checkout and we will add it to your package for free.
We will not issue a refund for those buyers claiming package not received when tracking number shows delivered.

We are proud to offer a 14-days no hassle return policy on qualified items only. We will accept the return within 14 days after which you have received the product verified by the delivery date provided by the shipping company.
We strive to make our customers’ return process hassle free. With that said, we have opted to use eBay very smooth “Managed Returns” program.
To do this, simply go to your “My eBay” or click Purchase History. Locate the item you wish to return within your purchase history. To the Right each item, select “More Actions” and then “Return this Item”.
Please choose “I don’t need it anymore” as the REASON for the return to qualify for FREE Return SHIPING. You will also be able to print out a return shipping label as well.
Returned products must be in brand new condition, 100% resellable as new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories.
Please securely package the product you wish to return within an outer shipping box. Do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.
If any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to either refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within one (1) business day from date of delivery. In the event of equipment received that was damaged in transit or during delivery, all shipping boxes and packing material must be retained for inspection by the shipping carrier. After receiving a damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately for instructions.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days after we receive the package for your return/refund to be processed.
Please include a copy of your receipt and add a note on the front why you are returning the item and what you would like us to do i.e. replacement, exchange or refund.
In case you received your item and it is not working properly and you would like to return for exchange with same or another item please don’t open a return request in eBay. Opening a return request forces us to issue refund when the item is returned and we will not be able to process the exchange.
Please follow the steps below to exchange, repair or replace your defected item:
1- Contact us via message or email.
2- We will send you instructions and prepaid return shipping label to ship it back to us.
3- Please securely package the product you wish to return within an outer shipping box. Do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.
4- Please include a copy of your receipt and add a note on the front why you are returning the item and what you would like us to do i.e. replacement, exchange or refund.
5- Please allow up to 2-3 business days after we receive the package for your exchange to be processed.
We can reply emails Monday – Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm EST. We are closed Sunday. If you contact us outside business hours, please allow us to reply back to you the next business day.
